  • Financial information

    • Audited financials for the past 3 years
    • Management accounts
    • Cash-flow projections (in line with tenor of facility)
    • Projected balance sheet, income statements and cash flow statements for duration of facility (Applicable for term loan facilities only)
    • Bank statements from existing bankers – past 12 months (all currencies)
    • List of stock and debtors – age wise
    • Copy of contracts – existing

  • Non-financial information

    • Certificate of incorporation
    • Business licence
    • Tax clearance certificate
    • Memorandum and articles of association
    • Loan application letter 
    • Board of directors' resolution to borrow
    • CVs of management
    • Company profile
    • Annual returns for last 3 years
    • Copy of invoice for asset to be procured
    • Consent to check company and shareholders'/directors’ information in credit reference bureau
